Chester Leadworks development (consideration by CWaC Strategic Planning Committee) We are very disappointed to report that CWaC Strategic Planning Committee approved this application after only minor changes by the developer. Much of the ‘internationally significant’ (EH evaluation) leadworks will now be demolished and be replaced by crude, grey, metal-clad apartments.
